The Dombrowski Carnival promised Notville the biggest pyrotechnic display ever seen in Crouton County would occur at 9PM just one year after it closed the previous year.

All the townspeople had a great time with greasy carnie food, rides and the burlesque show.  As a spectacular glow arose from Notville, the PA system announced “Last year you good people allowed one of our dancers to be brutally raped and disabled and one of your drunk drivers killed one of our carnies with no consequences.  After all, they were just carnies, right?  This year, we are burning your town down.”
